All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including paperbacks, ebooks, and merchandise. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Lost, Missing, or Stolen Items
Erika Kelly’s Shopify Store is not responsible for any lost, missing, or stolen items once they have been shipped. Once an order leaves the facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier, and we cannot guarantee delivery.
